Terrax.ca accepts returns on resalable goods (items you did not want or need and we can put back into inventory) or damaged/defective goods within 30 days from the receipt of the product for a full refund. Processing time: Your return will be processed within 5 business days of the returned item being received at our distribution center. You will receive an email or phone call to confirm that we have received your product and refund is credited back to your account used at the time of purchase.
